what's the hardest thing to do as a startup founder? how do you enable folks to act autonomously? how do you balance the tension between moving quickly and keeping everyone aligned on strategy?

Team morale is one of the hardest esp. Pre-pmf when nothing is clicking hard yet on the product front. I just chose to work with @peter who's done startups (autonomous, proactive) before - with that trust between us, we talk often and meet in person to fine tune the details, and align on strategy to keep marching.
