Very reasonable reasons to fork:

⌐◨ Not convinced DUNA as described, and at expected cost, provides reasonable ROI to Nouns

⌐◨-◨ Not convinced KYC requirement on grantees won't also be required of Nouns at a later date

⌐◨-◨-◨  Not convinced a single proposal cycle is a reasonable amount of time for Nouners, guilds, sub DAOs and delegates to seek their own legal advice, let alone make a well informed voting decision (especially without said legal advice being funded collectively by Nouners as foundation's is and was)
