If you train for 1 or 2 hours at the gym but spend the rest of the day sitting, you're a sedentary person who trains. You need to move more (increase your NEAT) throughout the day. Some ideas: Do movement snacks every hour. Walk at least 8k steps a day. Park further away, walk to the supermarket.
