CHIPA BUDIN 🧀🍞

Using our creativity in the kitchen is something we truly enjoy. San-chan’s star recipe is his original chipa! And we tried out a twist… instead of making the traditional balls, I suggested making it in a loaf pan to create a giant version—kind of like a cheesy bread loaf—to see if we could still achieve the crispy outside and chewy inside.

We did it, and it was a huge success! 🤤

Ingredients:
	•	Cassava starch
	•	4 different cheeses
	•	Eggs
	•	Butter
	•	Olive oil
	•	Milk
	•	Your favorite spices (salt, pepper, turmeric, curry, rawmesan!)
