This is my opinion and it could be totally wrong. I think it's a Dune thing, and when the query runs with complete data, it will calculate your allowances and points from scratch. You probably can tip much higher than what my bot shows, but why do that when you can undertip and touch the grass? Enjoy undertipping!

I also have a feeling that you can tip the "actual" amount, and it will get retroactively adjusted. The outage coincided with a problematic Hub update. I think Dune may have not been able to update hubs so query data is behind.

I think Hubs are perfectly in sync these days. I never had an outage on the incoming or outgoing casts in the past couple of days. The problem is where Dune is receiving data. I believe they receive data from Neynar, and this pipeline is not working as expected. So, they don't have any cast data for the past 5 days.

Neynar, btw, has perfectly synced data. I moved the whitelist query there, and it's all good.
