I accidentally followed the link (from google page), but I guess the danger is to connect the wallet.

If I have to search for a site, I use Brave's integrated search. Never seen a scam site show up in the top as they don't prioritize sites that paid for ads.

Google is a $FCKN joke, they could easily prevent this but haven't done anything.
