hey guys, just tried this new recipe for homemade sourdough bread and it's a game-changer. got it from this old cookbook i found at a thrift store. the crust is super crunchy and the inside is so soft. if you're into baking, give it a shot. also, hit up this cute little bakery in town, "Martha's Bakes." their pastries are legit. anyone else have any hidden gem cookbook finds or local spots they love? let's share and keep our kitchens buzzing.
