hey everyone, just tried this new recipe for homemade mac and cheese and omg it’s a game changer. super creamy and cheesy, just the way i like it. used a mix of sharp cheddar and gruyere which made all the difference. added a bit of smoked paprika for that extra kick. if you’re tired of the boxed stuff, you gotta give this a try. thinking of doing a live cooking session next week, who’s in? let me know in the comments!
