hey folks! 🍁 so i decided to try baking my own bread today and omg, what a journey! who knew yeast has a mind of its own? 🤷♀️ the kitchen looked like a flour tornado hit it, but the smell of fresh bread is totally worth it. if anyone has tips to tame the dough beast, hit me up! also, should i try sourdough next or is that too brave? 😂
