Starting to experiment with concentrated volatile LP positions - this APR is too juicy 😮💨 Narrow, common, wide, or custom?

Been experimenting with these recently. If it’s a pair that moves a lot, the narrower the range, the more you’ll have to manage and adjust it to keep in range, unless you use an ALM to automate.

I assume ALMs come with a fee? What happens if the pair moves out of range? You just stop earning yield?

Yeah typically a 3rd party service, haven’t researched much yet If it goes out of range you stop earning and have to withdraw either all or part and respread it in the range. If it goes down you withdraw all the volatile coin, if it goes up you get more of the swap pair coin (wETH, USDC etc.) Still learning myself!
