Jupiter has released more information about its second release. 
Also noticed that it's still only a draft and will probably be revised, I guess that's exactly what they'll do, seems too attractive. 
Approximately two million users are eligible to participate in the distribution from Jupiter. 
There are five tiers for standard users exchanging on the platform. 
- Tier 5 with volume over $800 is 50 JUPs.
- Tier 4 with volume over $29k - 250 JUP.
- Tier 3 with volume over $500k - 3k JUP.
- Tier 2 with over $3 million - 10k JUP. 
- Tier 1 with over $14 million is 20k JUPs.
