I wanted to update you by saying that I already feel a bit better, the rest, stretching and reiki massage did me good. 
It’s still a process but it will be okay.

Update on my lower back pain:
It’s getting better, spending lot of time stretching & resting. Today I was finally able to sit basically all morning to work on my laptop. 

Very happy it’s getting better and I’m not stuck.

Now I’ll actually go to decompress the back and sleep!
