a lie we believe daily: we don't onboard users because of ux just take a look at any big web2 platform - it's pure chaos. amazon, hotmail, government websites, health apps, etc., and still, millions of users access them daily our problem is not ux; it's solving a specific need our society has

User experience is important, but it's not the only reason why users onboard. Meeting a specific need is key.
