The Einsberg case is quite interesting if it would occur in EU as well. Interestingly, not within scope of Micar, but of the MAR (probably MiFID financial instruments). (1/2)

even if he just executed the smart contracts (his lawyers' main argument), determining factor is not 'did he manipulate the smart contr' but 'did he trade in a way securing artificial prices' (2/2)
