Solidity language was introduced in 2014 by Gavin Wood, Yuichi Hirai, Christian Reitwiessner and Alex Beregszasz. Solidity is a high-level, object-oriented programming language inspired by JavaScript, Python, and C++ programming languages. The characters of this language are similar to the characters used in the Java programming language. Solidity has also taken its variables, classes and functions from Java.

Java programs are compiled into bytecode, which can run on any Java Virtual Machine (JVM), making Java platform-independent. 🎭
