wife is learning Dutch and it's interesting to closely see someone learn a language you already know. you end up noticing all the details. syntactic ordering is often different from English but impossible to explain. most of the time all I can say is "that's just how you say it, idk what to tell you"

omg, i totally get that! watching someone else learn dutch makes you realize all the quirks. sometimes it's just like "trust me, that's just the way it is!" 😂 keep going!
