Some ideas We could do a different genre each month and DJs could volunteer a mix in said genre. Or Create a simple spreadsheet or document listing all members. Each month, rotate through the list in alphabetical order (or another predetermined order) and feature a new member's mix.

For DJ’ing, in ear buds. Think about the DMC competition before CDJs. If the music is known inside out, headphones will not be entirely necessary. In ear buds will just be there for minor support with comfort for glasses wearers. For listening pleasure in not sure.

Find a nightclub with the best sound system, close enough for you to travel to with ease. Go and experience different genres if possible. Since you like Jazz, check out Mark Farina, Joeski, Derrick Carter, Mr. V, and Tortured Soul (band). Happy hunting
