This would allow AI to create websites according to that designer's guidelines (a given company's logo, slogans, style - issues that must be uniform to keep the brand memorable). The rest of the page, e.g.: layout, colors, fonts, CTAs, etc. AI could tailor to individual user preferences, e.g. displaying products that are most likely to interest them.
