2. Txn failures due to network congestion

So, this is an effort towards increasing financial inclusion in India and then across the globe.

@Visa @PwC_IN and @PCIUpdates on need of offline payments in India shares some interesting numbers about rural teledensity and lack of consistent internet at all points of txns.

As per @NetShutdowns data, Indian states have seen high number of outages which is one of the worst in the world.

Here's how Prava Wallet works: Your mobile device signs a raw transaction or sends smart wallet instructions via SMS to our server, which then processes it on the blockchain.

If you've ever been to any place with huge crowd (basically anywhere in India), there is a high possibility of your bank server not responding to payment request. 

Sometimes it's network congestion, sometimes bank server sucks (hello SBI).
