How would you determine the kickoff price of 1 $nouns ? Is it BV / 1mil . Also, where does the kickoff liquidity or initial liquidity come from for dexes - mostly 3Ps since they would anticipate making fees?

I think the DAO should not kick off liquidity anywhere, as discussed in the doc.

I am confident market actors will make it happen soon after this goes live.
