Interesting project. I spoke with the team building this on Farcaster and details:
1. Farcasters form groups for fitness challenges.
2. Each group is tokenized by mint.club.
3. Successful challengers share the failed deposits.
4. Group operators receive royalties to keep the challenge fun and successful.
