I went on a recovery run after work!

Interval training was conducted at pace 4.27 and pace 4.

If I keep my pace and increase my time little by little, my running skills will steadily improve!

I'm excited and excited about the exercise time I can always challenge!

Exercise is a vital part of life!

The reward of enduring and overcoming pain.

The whole process is a precious time for me.

Taking care of yourself with clean food after exercise is also a very proud process!

심박수가 120 이상인 운동을 주3회 정도 해주세요!

주 2회 5km 조깅 하고 있는데, 이젠 좀더 강도를 늘려야 하나 하고 있습니다 ㅎ
