For years, MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) leaked away from users and protocols, captured instead by sequencers, searchers, and offchain actors. Moonwell has changed that

By launching onchain MEV taxes, Moonwell has turned previously lost value into real revenue for the protocol itself:

✅ A transaction’s priority fee signals its MEV potential
✅ The protocol charges a tax proportional to that fee
✅ That value stays within Moonwell rather than leaking offchain
