Upgrade Proposal #11: Holocene Network Upgrade⏫

This upgrade proposal included changes like block derivation improvements, EIP-1559 configurability, and MIPS contract upgrades, with an activation date planned for January 9, 2025.

Result: Passed ✅

Season 7: Intent Ratification 🔗

The Collective was asked to ratify a single strategic Intent for Season 7: achieving interoperability among multiple Stage 1 chains, targeting $250 million per month in cross-chain asset transfers.

Result: Passed ✅

Season 7: Grants Council Operating Budget 🍀

The Grants Council and its lead @gonna have requested a 400k OP budget to fund operations for Season 7. 

The Council will focus on distributing grants to projects that align with the single intent of Season 7

Result: Passed ✅

Season 7: Developer Advisory Board Operating Budget 🖥️

The Developer Advisory Board and its lead Zach Obront have requested a 190k OP budget to support technical initiatives, evaluate audit and mission applications, and guide developers within the ecosystem.

Season 7: Milestones and Metrics Council Operating Budget #⃣

A proposal to establish an independent Milestones and Metrics Council with a 170K OP budget, separating these responsibilities from the Grants Council to boost transparency.

Result: Passed ✅

Code of Conduct Council Dissolution Proposal 🛑

This proposal aimed to dissolve the Code of Conduct Council in Season 7 and transition its responsibilities to other groups within the Collective for greater efficiency.

Result: Passed ✅

Season 7: Security Council Operating Budget [Onchain] 🔐

The Security Council and its lead @alisha requested 295k OP to maintain its role in ensuring secure key management, overseeing governance-approved upgrades and maintaining the operational integrity of the @optimism ecosystem.

Result: Passed ✅

Grants Council Mission [Onchain] 🧬

This proposal allocates 10 million OP from the Governance Fund to the Grants Council to support projects that magnify the Season 7 Intent.

Result: Passed ✅

Decision Market Mission [Onchain] 🎮

An experimental proposal to allocate 500k OP for a new grant approach: a decision market.

The Foundation will partner with Butterygg & the @uniswap Foundation. Grants are allocated based on market predictions of project success.

Result: Passed ✅
