paybot is amazing, would be cool to see the invoice processing tied in with the initial tip. like a live frame.

current process: tip request to paybot - paybot replies invoice - pay - paybot sends confirmation

would be cool to see a one & done message 

ex: @ paybot @ robrecht 10 degen
- paybot would just check balance and reply with confirmation
