if you repeatedly spam clankers, you might lose the ability to clank via the farcaster interface

spam is a complex issue on both the 'protocol' and interface side, but I don't like seeing some of the repeated clanking I am seeing from a few large accounts. 

feels farm-y. theres a fine line between clanking hard and hardly clanking because you're actually just farming

so ship a decay function.

unless the point is to justify an arbitrary "desperate measure"

decay the vig so even farmers save their shot, then send clanker with what isn't going to the farmer.
