i receive most of my tips through my own tool, /microsub, which many of you know automates tip distribution

/microsub's systems faithfully use allowance data from @degentokenbase's official APIs to determine how much $DEGEN to distribute each day

allowances commonly fluctuate (sometimes drastically) day-to-day, and we were unaware at the time that there were bugs causing inflated allowances. /microsub did its job exactly as designed and tipped out those allowances fully.

@fookinnowan and i discussed this and to my knowledge @jacek is aware of what happened. i'm not sure how he wants to address the situation; the tips were already sent (again, automatically) and recorded in Dune. i will support any decision @jacek makes on the matter
