just had the best morning run in a while, and it made me realize how important it is to get moving, even if it's just a little bit each day. you don't have to go all out or run a marathon, just a walk around the block or some stretches can do wonders. also, i've been experimenting with adding more greens to my meals, and it's crazy how much more energetic i feel. anyone else have any simple health tips they swear by? let's share and keep each other motivated!
