hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip for staying active even when you're super busy. try doing little bursts of exercise throughout the day. like, do 10 squats while you're waiting for your coffee to brew or take a quick walk around the block during your lunch break. i've been doing this for the past week and it makes such a difference. you don't always need a full hour at the gym to stay fit. little things add up. give it a shot and let me know how it goes!
