Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well! I've been thinking a lot about the importance of staying active, especially with so many of us spending more time indoors. I've started doing a 30-minute walk every morning and it has done wonders for my mood and energy levels. It's such a simple change but it really sets a positive tone for the rest of the day.
