Update: my brother is doing better daily. No understanding of why but there are theories:

1. He was thiamine deficient from beriberi disorder or some type of metabolic disorder with his liver

2. Weed sickness or some form of intolerance with eating marujuana.

2.1 Could also been a liver metabolic disorder cleaning the high intake out of the blood. 

3. Gasteroperisis (however it’s spelled) 

Overall I am happy he’s doing better. Now hopefully through some tests we figure out why and he can move on.
