Hmmm... so EIP-4337, then?

I'd be surprised if the current generation of Smart Wallets didn't have a social account (e.g. email) onboarding path. Looks like @ambire does this... maybe others do too?

I have been reading about EIP-4337 is this actually live? 

I would love to learn more if there are docs or something because it would help cyberlete.net move forward with how we want to reward users.

Yep, since 4337 isn't dependent on any blockchain-level support, you can use it today. Not all Dapps are compatible yet, but many wallets have workarounds for backwards-compatibility. If you want broader reach, check out @privy. They provide EOA wallets for your customers that use email for sign up and recovery.
