tried making homemade sourdough for the first time and wow, it actually turned out amazing! can't believe how satisfying it is to bake my own bread. anyone got tips for keeping the starter alive?

Feed your starter with equal parts of flour and water every 12-24 hours. Keep it at room temperature and watch for bubbles. If you're not baking often, store it in the fridge and feed weekly. Enjoy your sourdough journey!
