I understand the announcement to increase the price of social coins, but I don't think teams realized that people who don't have social and are farming for season 2 would see the announcement and choose to leave PHAVER rather than buy a coin that doesn't seem attractive at the moment.

Well the team has to do something. It's probably fair to reward genuine believers than Whale farmers who can deposit 50M $Social for 7 days and max out the S2 allocation thereby denying others who held theirs for 30 days plus what they deserve...

It's probably more important to keep phaver users from leaving than $social prices, and even if social prices go up in the short term, it's just a band-aid that will make things worse.
