Agree with @fieldy , this doesn’t really mean much for the tristate area. Sellers negotiate down from the standard 6% to either 4%-2% already especially for homes that are close to $1 mill and for homes that sell fast. We’ll see in a few months what this really means, it’ll de-incentivize buyers agents fo show

i've been less conflicted buying real estate ($150k homes putting down around $30k for downpayment $6-7k closing costs plus another ~20k in renovations) than this damn sappy seal that has been on my radar... i feel like anytime i buy crypto or NFTs, the gas fee or price goes down immediately after...
