On one hand, glad that this will make it easier for innovation and growth, possibly easier to integrate stablecoins into payments. On the other, who’s going to protect investors/consumers and who’s going to verify the reserves are real and liquid? Agree with @fieldy , this doesn’t really mean much for the tristate area. Sellers negotiate down from the standard 6% to either 4%-2% already especially for homes that are close to $1 mill and for homes that sell fast. We’ll see in a few months what this really means, it’ll de-incentivize buyers agents fo show
