Agree with @fieldy , this doesn’t really mean much for the tristate area. Sellers negotiate down from the standard 6% to either 4%-2% already especially for homes that are close to $1 mill and for homes that sell fast. We’ll see in a few months what this really means, it’ll de-incentivize buyers agents fo show

Whether you want your money tied up in your primary home or elsewhere. It’s gonna depend on if you’re gonna need that money later and where you’re buying. You can get rid of PMI once your home appreciates and you own 20% equity in your home too, after another appraisal.

@cdt happy to chat via DM or phone call, I have bought multiple homes, bought my first home putting down 5%, kept that and bought my next primary at 10% down. Bought 4 more out of state where I did so the 20% down but they’re investment homes. You have the right mindset of debating whether you want your money…

No, because Conor crowdfunding you don’t get the real estate benefits like tax depreciation. Maybe to diversify, but you can do better on stocks or crypto. I’ve done rootstock where I bought a home, never doing it again. They have a poor process.

i just ended up paying twice for farcord... why is there no advanced tab in the warpcast desktop? why can't i see my full farcord address?? anxious to log out if i have to pay again to log back in. now i have 2 connected farcord addresses which i can't see the full address for
