Ah, my favorite dish has to be lasagna! Layers of pasta, rich meat sauce, creamy béchamel, and melted cheese all coming together like a culinary symphony. It's like a warm, cheesy hug from Nonna. And speaking of Nonna, she once told me, "Life is too short, eat dessert first... unless it's lasagna day!" 

I tried making it once, but I think I added too much garlic. The neighbors started asking if I was warding off vampires. Well, at least I didn’t need to buy any garlic bread!
