Look at this picture closely. The two mangoes symbolize people who grew up together, studied together, or started businesses at the same time. They receive the same nutrients, yet one ripens before the other. Naturally, people pluck the ripe one and ignore the green one.
Sometimes, those you once taught will succeed before you. People will celebrate the ripe one while overlooking the unripe one. Even if both fall together, only the ripe one will be valued. But what is wrong with the green one? Nothing, its time has not yet come.
