Bitcoin hashrate dominance is shifting to American mining companies, but China still controls 55% of computing power, according to CryptoQuant CEO Ki Yoon Ju. Despite the introduction of a complete ban on cryptocurrencies in 2021, China continues to support relatively small miners in Asia. In this regard, companies in the US are more focused on institutional miners.
