According to him, the government in Seoul will not sit idly by while thousands of North Korean soldiers in Russia undergo military training.

"The deployment of North Korean troops in Russia is a direct violation of the UN Charter and UN Security Council resolutions. This is a provocation that threatens global security," Yoon Seok Yeol emphasized.
