🤝 Tether is set to double its workforce by mid-2025, to 200 people. The USDT issuer is going to focus on its compliance department. According to CEO Paolo Ardoino, they are “carefully” approaching the expansion process: There is nothing I hate more than all these companies, especially in Silicon Valley, that hire hundreds of people during a bull market only to fire them as soon as the downturn hits.
