@AyaMiyagotchi will continue supporting the EF in many of the same ways in her new role. Meanwhile, we have been working on the new EF leadership structure, and will share more news soon. Stay tuned!

我觉得现在区块链的社区，和整个世界，在一个比较危险的状态。有好多没有长期价值，甚至恶意，的事情在发生，这些之情和他们背后的人得到很多的attention

但是我们不能只对这些事情喊反对，然后不题更好的alternative. 所以我们的目标应该是，做好这个alternative，演示证明一个稳定的，更明亮的未来是可能的。

这里我同时说区块链圈子里面（如果一天内跌97%的memecoin不是我们的未来，那什么是？），和一种宏观社会方面：现在很多人觉得民主方式是不可能的，只能靠strong man的领导做事情。但是在devcon有一个政治学家跟我说，他非常尊重以太坊的一个原因是，我们就是一个真正的开放去中心化生态，我们到现在这个规模成功了，这个给他希望。所以如果我们能用这种方式成功，对世界的正面影响可能会很大的，会给很多人他们可以follow的明亮成功的例子
