Paid Group is becoming new home for farmers. Should it be reported to DIA?

To be frank there are farmers in every group and every social media platform. 
I think the problem here is there isn't a way to regulate it here.
@gig is always calling out these scammers out everyday,  but I don't see any dev on warpcast do or say something about it (at least I speak for myself).
