2200 dollars for a single balanced armature with a frequency response of 20hz-10khz 😂 is not even fully custom, there's silicone ear tip. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/872418928/world-first-wireless-custom-made-in-ear-hearable?ref=android_project_share

Well, a custom in-ear usually is 3D printed based on mold impressions and then all pieces are hand-worked to to fit inside. However, the price is too hight for these specs even if they are wireless. For this price you get top models at least with 6 or 8 drivers, then you can use an adapter to convert them to wireless. I've 6 drivers balanced armature custom in-ear that equal to a 1500 dollars model in US. The soft silicone custom is more expensive and are around 2000$ for less complex configurations about 3 drivers (the models that many racer pilots use) but are less reliable because they can get damaged more easily.

Yes :) I've also visited the laboratory where my ciem where made. Since the angle of my ear canals are very awkward, the technician has made some modifications to make the part of the second bend shorter.
