So a nuclear Russia supported by a nuclear North Korea CAN launch a nuclear attack on either 1) non-nuclear Ukraine supported with non-nuclear weapons from a nuclear state, or 2) on the nuclear state supporting Ukraine with non-nuclear weapons? Patently ABSURD. Bogus doctrine.
