my sweet beans that deal with anxiety: i read recently that anxiety is actually the perpetuation of not allowing yourself to be angry in the true amount that you actually feel anger. so your body goes into a stalled fear state because you are not protecting it in the way it thinks it should be protected and so now im thinking, is this self prescribed mindfulness actually in our favor or in everyone else's? are we all meditating away our rage, taking the higher road so that we can carry the burden, be afraid, cause ourselves sickness, and diminish for the rest of our lives
