Onchain points are a great precursor to launching a token.

They let you play around with incentives and reputation on your platform or protocol without all the burdens of managing a treasury, governance, etc.

Unclear exactly how it plays out but teams experimenting with this (h/t Warps) are in a really great position

That’s a good question. It seems kinda conservative. I get it if you’re an established Co worried about regulatory blah blah blah but if you’re a startup or ‘project’ looking to bootstrap a community transferable fungible points are a super power.
