What do you think are the gaps, knowledge and soft skills that someone would need to fill to be a product manager? Considering that this person has been a frontend developer for 10 years and a product designer for 5 years.

I'm obsessed with it, it would be like completing the puzzle of my professional career and something that would make me feel fulfilled.
