This is in fact the refit and renamed Lady Ghislaine, the yacht Robert Maxwell mysteriously fell off of in 1991. Huge get for my yacht spotting life list.

Nice one! Looks like it’s docked in brooklyn, too. Not the usual Battery Park dock location I’d imagine
