The problem is not file size but total pixel area over all frames. This cannot exceed 100,000,000 px (so W x H x number of frames). I believe the limits are from Cloudflare which Warpcast uses as CDN.

In talks with the team to maybe raise these limits, but not sure that's even possible with the current setup (using cloudflare). Storage-wise a pixel area limit won't matter if you apply another restriction like 10 or 15 MB max as well.
