Working remotely from my backyard is very challenging today because there are so many incredible distractions, like this Red Shouldered Hawk that landed on the fence right next to me! 

I can hear bald eagles flying around and calling off in the distance 

& as I was typing this, the hummingbird came back 💜

Might have to go inside so I can focus lol

To take yourself away from beauty to focus on work feels wrong somehow.

I agree! I stayed & so glad I did bc a new type of hummingbird showed up for the first time! And my golf fritillary butterflies are back too so I’ll have a ton of caterpillars soon 🥰
